This just sounds like another fad. American Christian missionaries have gone all throughout the world in the most dire conditions to bring the gospel to those who have never heard it. Why does he think Christians "promote the narrow view that conversion is the only mission on Earth"? Christians have dug wells and brought medicine and taught farming and all kinds of things to people who need it. Has he been living under a rock? It's great that that organization helps the drug addict, of course. The Salvation has been doing this with alcoholics and others for many years now. So what is up with:
