    This is another example of the government's inadequate managing of the public trust. Even worse is the fact that the government tries to manage what the church was supposed to have managed many years ago. The church is charged by the New Testament to care for the people. The govt tries to fill the gaps and it doesn't work. So who caused the food problems of the world: neglect by we of the Body of Christ.
