Forest has nowhere to run now; He wrote his own Judgment, "I have no idea whether Jesus was physically resurrected or not, but I suspect he wasn't,"

If you have no one to pay your fine then you have to pay it yourself, forever. And there is no Biblical basis for purgatory.

You, reader, do not need to die in your sins.

This document never solved a thing! Catholic leadership STILL, TO THIS DAY, teach you must 'work with God' to be justified; That you are "infused" with the righteousness of Christ; That you must excercise your faith to Holiness "worthy" of salvation.
Catholicism is heresy: "When you stop doing the good works...I contend you have lost faith." NO.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to lose one's faith when you trust in Jesus ALONE to save you!!! Works RESULT from righteousness imparted to you by Jesus, works does not engender righteousness.

"where people can come to investigate Christianity without guilt or pressure and hear the Truth without any finger pointing"
Well that leaves out the the Law and the Gospel then. See, the Law is designed to awaken the conscience (guilt) so the Gospel message is then able to show a man the only means to salvation. Unless a man sees his sin in the light of the Law, the Ten Commandments, he will not see the need to repent and trust the Savior.

Is feeding the poor more important than truth? Can Christians effectively feed the poor without un-Godly partnerships? I think we can.
Christians must be very careful what they lend credence to.

Flagged as inappropriate. show @Paul1149 I fear you are missing the point, Paul. Was it a bad Christian witness for 17th Century English subjects to throw off their oppressors with violence when they continued to ignore the peaceful pleas and petitions of the "colonists"; The English government instead responding with even more killing, illegal taking of land and even heavier taxation? Pakistan has IGNORED peaceful pleas long enough; It's time Pakistani Christians LEAVE or take stronger measures. How would you respond if someone murdered your family, raped your wife and daughter, stole your sons, and then blamed you by throwing you into prison on trumped up charges of blaspeming an evil leader of a satanic religion? How would you respond then to American Christian calls to "move forward non-violently, as an excellent witness to the Lord"? Where in the Bible does it say letting your families be murdered is "as an excellent witness to the Lord."??? Consider what you are saying... Patrick Burwell, OnlyJesusSaves.com hide

  • Indian Christians Stage Protest in Support of Pakistani Brethren

I am glad to see some in India have protested, but I wonder if maybe we are not past that point when the Police stand by and do NOTHING while womena dn children are burned to death in their homes?
The USA is here because Christians had enough of oppression and it is high time Christians in Pakistan follow suit.
Why advocate people defending themselves, even take over a nation that has oppressed them? Is it not in OUR CONSTITUTION in the USA that it is a right of all peoples to be FREE?
Free your nation Pakistanis! Stop the Muslim genocide of Christians in Pakistan!
You may ask, "Do they have that right?"
Well let me ask you, did we in the USA have that right?
Did the citizens of England in the "colonies" have the right to take up arms against England and establish the most free nation that has ever existed?

Where in the Bible does Jesus say we should not defend and PROTECT the weak, the helpless and our families against an oppressive people and government?

    What do you think Christian?
But remember, you in America, and the many many nations the USA has freed and kept free, are in a free society, free from molestation, BECAUSE Christians defended you, protected you, made a safe place for you.

  • Why Did Jesus Come to Earth?

    Mon Aug 03, 2009 5:44 pm Agree: 1   Disagree: 1

Jesus came to save liars and thieves and those who lust from the eternal payment they deserve from a Just and Holy God. They need merely to repent and trust in the Savior.
The sinner must willingly come, repent and entrust themselves to the promises of God, there will not be any "accidental" Christians.

I submit there are two tracks to Christianity: The HERETICS and the Christians.
We are seeing a clear distinction and a wonderful PARTING OF WAYS between the false converts that make up the majority of Christianity in this world today and the Believers.

There ARE two different Christian Churches. One is the apostate ecumenical church of the "luke-warm" heretics that Jesus will spew out of His mouth. In their churches there is no penitence, no conviction: all are welcome and no one is rejected for their practiced sin. IN this church all works righteous religions become one.
The other is the persecuted Body of Christ Jesus himself. In this you find the repentant self-denying, Jesus glorifying Saint. Here you find the narrow road traveler, the few and far between.
It was the religious "men of Israel" that called for and demanded the murder of Jesus.
There is a cost for the repentant follower of Jesus and that price is more often meeted out by the hands of the professing false convert than the uncaring lost.

  • Michael Jackson's Real Legacy

    pburwell »
    Tue Jul 14, 2009 4:58 pm Agree: 0   Disagree: 0

Mike needed rescuing not happiness. He offended a Just and Holy God with his lies, thievery, lusting.... just like all the rest of mankind has. Michael needed a Savior. Money can indeed buy happiness, but that isn't the point is it? For all the happiness he can and did buy he didn't have his sins forgiven.
THAT is the point, THAT is the Gospel, that God's Mercy in the Death of His own Son Jesus for a wrtched sinner like Michael Jackson, a wretched sinner like me, like you, is why we should be so grateful to come to God and ask his forgiveness, repent of our sins, trust in His promises and Live for His Glory.
Mike lived for Mike... and he appears to have died the same way.
Take a note form his life and don't follow his example.
Remember, only the Righteous enter Heaven. Are you good enough? Go here and see... http://NeedGod.com while you still have time.
And for you, Christian, go to http://WayoftheMaster.com and learn how to speak the Gospel Biblically, the way Jesus did, the Way of the Master. Don't do like this Al Sharpton did and blow the chance to speak the Gospel to millions of people, just because he didn't know how.

Warren fails to grasp the concept of the exclusivism Jesus mandated. Jesus did not die to save unrepentant sinners, no one will be saved by some "wider mercy" without knowing it. Unless a man is born again he will not avoid Hell.
There is none good, to be sure; we all need salvation, but Jesus did not associate with pagan idolaters; He allowed anyone to sssociate with HIM they came on HIS terms TO Jesus.
Wake up warren before you too perish.
