Praise God that the government has allowed the Bible to be studied in schools again. 'Political Correctness' is basically a lot of the time just plain old predjudice against Christianity. When children read the Bible for themselves they can then find out the truth for themselves instead of having it witheld from them. Of course you cannot understand our great works of literature if you don't have a working knowledge of the Bible. We do pray as Christians though, that the Holy Spirit will work in the hearts of schoolchildren as they read the blessed words of life in the Holy Word of God and bring them to know God and His Son Jesus Christ in a real and personal way. This would be the hope of all true believers. There is some very nasty comments on here about this topic. To 'atheist4life' The bible teaches us to be led by Jesus as His sheep not just any old sheep. It is a euphemism for humble obedience to Gods Word.God fills us with his love to share and spread that love around. I don't see you 'atheists' out there helping the poor, weak and diadvantaged of this world. All I ever see you do is criticize and pull down Christianity.It doesn't do you any good or anyone else.

Praise God 'believer' and 'online4him' for preaching the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. I'm waiting with bated breath too for 'Continentals' testimony on how he came into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ too. I was brought up a strict Roman Catholic and wandered for 30 years in darkness knowing or hearing nothing of the liberating Gospel of Jesus Christ.Upon hearing the true Gospel of faith in Christ and repentance from sin( At an Independent Baptist Church)I knelt at my bedside and asked Jesus Christ to become my Lord and Master and to forgive me of my sin. He has never let go of me since! I endured 30 yrs of darkness,pain and confusion in the Roman Catholic institution and was set free by such a simple message!
I was also told at that humble little Baptist Church in a schoolroom that the Bible was the inspired Word of God and our spiritual food! What an amazing discovery and surprise I had!I started feeding on it and heh presto!I started growing in the love, grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ! You will never hear the true Gospel in a Roman Catholic Church! End of story!

The only versions that can be trusted are the King James version ,Geneva 1599( just been reprinted with modern spelling and original footnotes) or other editions of it and all those based on the Textus Receptus. The Westcott and Hort texts which all modern versions are based on are spurious and not to be trusted. An examination of Westcott and Horts personal beliefs reveal did not hold to orthodox Christian doctrine. They didn't believe in the resurrection or that faith in Christ was necessary for salvation.Besides that the modern versions are owned by the same company that produce the Satanic bible. Any serious student of the bible should know how to use a concordance for further clarification if needed in some of the more obscure words ,phrases ect. The King james Bible has been rated as a fourth grade reading level so it is easily accessible to the general reader. I find there is a different SPIRIT in the other modern versions much like the catholic Good News version ect. The Spirit of God does not seem to be there. Any readers with similar experiences?

RickyRico you're right! Its sickening to read these kind of stories inducing a false sense of guilt on normal healthy congregations. The important question to be asked is are they preaching the Gospel? Probably they are which makes them a target for infiltration by the politically correct crowd who want to twist their gospel into some ineffective social gospel and thus nullify the good work they have been doing. Take your kids out of the present marxist based school system if you can and HOMESCHOOL. Make the necessary sacrifices to instil the FAITH into your children. Pray and have regular devotions morning and night. Seek out christians of like mind and sort through all the rubbish Satan is flooding the Christian with in their our churches and bookshops ect. Contend for the faith and dont give up if you lose your kids or some of them. Keep praying and reaching out and witnessing to and for the truth. When people who are searching for these things and can't find a denomination practising them they will go for a house church and supplement it perhaps with sermonaudio.com or any other good teaching on the net which has opened up the denominational barriers for many christians. Now people can read all about the issues and be informed. But lets not forget we seem to be heading to fulfill Revelations 20;7-9 .
