  • EU High Court Rules on Gay 'Marriage' Rights

Ahem. For those who confusedly use the Bible to try to say that the Lord isn't actually against homosexuality always fall into the same rut of using the Old Testament and ignorantly saying it justifies slavery and that we can't eat meet, I have this to say: you don't the Bible and you don't know God.

The New Testament fulfilled the Old Testament and all the old 'do's' and 'don'ts' were replaced with the Holy Ghost of the New Testament from the Blood of Jesus Christ. That's why the beloved Apostle Paul taught freedom from slavery and deliverance from the old eating and washing rituals. But he still taught an unflinching (and explicit) condemnation of homosexuality. Using the Old Testament to try to nullify the Bible is an exercise in ignorance and to the fools who try to do it: may God have mercy on your souls.

  • Pro-Family Group Says Effort to Ban Calif. Gay 'Marriage' Looks 'Strong'

One other thing: 27 (not 26) other states have approved constitutional amendments banning gay marriages and in many cases civil unions, too.

"This so-called "Pro-Family" group obviously doesn't think too much of family if it seeks to prevent people from forming one. If they want to "protect" marriage, they need to pass a constitutional amendment outlawing divorce, and stiffen penalties for domestic violence."

Incorrect. They're pro-family because they reject non-Biblical, non-Christian unions. Gay marriage is against God's Word and against the will of the voters. What they're doing is right. I sure pray they succeed and that this measure passes in the fall. I'm a former California resident, so I watch from a distance but this is important.

  • Justices Hear Arguments on Calif. Same-Sex 'Marriage'

I really hope that gay marriage is defeated in the California Supreme Court - in other words, they just stay out of this issue. It's not worth it. Leave it alone, California justices. Don't play God or God will play you out.

  • Poll: Majority of Americans Back Equality for Gays

Stupid article, indeed. The poll is commissioned by a homosexual group, meaning that it's biased to say the least. And polls in general are a fraud on issues like this. Polls also show that a solid majority are against gay marriage (which is why Governor Schwarzenegger just vetoed it in California) and also that most Americans regard homosexuality as morally wrong. To me, this is just another liberal media-inspired attempt to 'normalize' sodomy. Doesn't work with me or my family.

  • Analysis: Young White Evangelicals Less Republican, Still Conservative

I'm 31, so I don't know if I still quite fit in that category, but I am a conservative and I still support President Bush and am still a Republican and oppose the Democrats more than ever. If President Bush were on the ballot today, I would vote for him again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, the media is on an anti-Bush binge and are conveniently portray 2008 being a huge Democratic wave just waiting to happen. However, polling shows that this is actually very unlikely to happen. I have high hopes that we'll hold on to the White House in 2008 - it's just a matter of which Republican it will be.

No, Jerry Sanders just simply caved to his sinful daughter and put her above what was right. That's not the right thing to do and he won't be blessed for it. He's turned his back on the City of San Diego.

I'm very glad of this deicison. What's also encouraging is that the Democratic-controlled Maryland government is shying away from gay unions, too. Governor Martin O'Malley, unlike the Governor of New York, has indicated that he opposes gay marriage, though supports civil unions. But more importantly, the president of the Maryland state senate, a Democrat, has announced that he doesn't support this legislation. I think it's likely DOA. This is a huge victory for defenders of the traditional family and thank God for that!

This is absolutely true and we must do everything in our power to limit protections for homosexuals. The government has no legitimate interest in pandering to a group of immoral people. Fortunately, I think this bill will fail.

Mayor Sanders has shown what a compromised man he really is. It's truly sad that he has turned his back on decency, but it's really not surprising as the big California cities can be pretty well depended on to do this. Fortunately, statewide a majority are still against gay marriage in California and Governor Schwarzenegger is willing to follow this will of the people. Sanders' daughers immorality is no reason to impose sin on all of San Diego.

Senator Chambers is actually an enemy of God, not just for doing this irreverent thing but for fighting for anything and everything that is ungodly and un-Christian. He's a leading proponent for the gays in Nebraska, he fights the death penalty as much as he can and I've never heard a single good thing that I can think of about him.
