I say let the movie speak for itself. It's fruitless to attempt to sanitize movies so as not to offend the sensibilities of religious believers. I say put it out there and let the public decide whether or not to support it. The church needs to clean it's own house before trying to " protect " us from the contents of a work of fiction. It's the sinful behavior of those within the church that profanes the name of God, i.e., pedophile priests,
adulterers, gossips, hypocrites, etc. You don't like the movie? Then don't go see it.

Look, let's face it, the ad agency that confuses debasing a religious painting as a cute way to promote sadomasochism and homosexuality is in reality only revealing the core value of the community they represent; that is, to debase and malign the values of virtue and restraint. Nothing original here..... they can only make a mockery of what others hold sacred and pursue their own selfish interests. They only destroy, mimic, and distort the natural and beautiful, lacking as they do control over their sexual impulses. Such pitiful ads are their sad attempts to validate their empty lifestyles, so devoid of creativity and symbolized by their lack of procreative interest.
These pitiful souls deserve our love and prayers, not our judgment and condemnation. They are living in hell without realizing it.

The Episcopal church has sown the seeds of a slow, inevitable decline into irrelevance. The dissolution and isolation that results will be of their own doing. I say let them continue in their apostasy and show to the world exactly who they are: those who, under the guise of religion, excuse and condone a destructive lifestyle. May God have mercy on them.

Did Pastor Browning in Fort Washington really say that he didn't think God would want us to try to evangelize like Jesus did 2000 years ago? It's good to know such titans of the faith are around today to straighten God out...sheesh!
They both still have their first love: money.
On our own we are little more than bits of stone and glass. Together we are the Body of Christ. Holy Bible: Mosaic is an invitation to experience Christ in His Word and in the responses of his people. Each week, as you reflect on guided Scripture readings aligned with the church seasons, you will receive a wealth of insight from historical and contemporary writings.
