Christianity or being a Christian is defined as claiming Jesus Christ as your saviour. He will be your advocate when judgement day comes. Your job is to follow his example. Help your neighbor, keep the commandments, read the scriptures, preach and spread the gospel and invite other people to come unto Christ. Do you remember when some apostles could not heal a person and became jealous of someone who used Jesus name? The savior said that if they are not against us, they are with us. As simple as that. Faith is a personal manifestation. It is a personal thing. what religion did adam belong? what about abraham? Isaac? Jacob? Or even better, what was Jesus' religion? There should be not contention among you if you believe that Jesus is your savior. Humble yourselves and be more helpful to your neighbor. That includes muslims or people of other faiths..That's right. They are children of God too. Be a doer in your community. Help the needy. Excercise your diligence instead of saying bad stuff. Volunteer. God's work is accomplished much faster if theres less talk.

And I dont have a problem so much with Mr Obama or Mr. Warren speaking to the Muslim nation but what I do have a MAJOR problem with is Mr. Obama speaking from the Quran (and very passionatly I might add). Then you have him on youtube where Mr. Obama speaks "very sarcastically" from the Holy Bible. THAT'S what I have a problem with. Now, I could have understood if he had gone to solely talk politics/government issues (and NOT talk about their faith or read from the Quran) but that's not what he did! I have come to realize that we need to pray for TRUE DISCERNMENT in these crazy times. And we must never forget that satan is very very very clever, so, dont be easily deceived, Believer's!!!

Amen to that "DAVIDANDREW"... That is the problem with so many christians today, "judging" without realizing we are even doing it... and you are so right about saying we need to pray for not only Rick Warren but the president as well, no matter who is in office... it is what it is, and no matter the situation we should never cease praying to the one true God of all creation... People need to learn the difference between "giving an opinion" and "judging someone"... And we need to continue to pray for ALL believer's of Christ Jesus around the world to have to the utmost courage to stand up for what is right in this spiritually broke world...
