Good for her. I think living in the white house is going to take all her strength to try to keep her girls safe and in tune with the values she and her husband hold dear. I didn't vote for him but I will keep him and his family in prayer.

I wonder gentlemen, how you would approach this issue if you lived in Saudi Arabia,or China or Iran and any other part of the world where persecution is so rampant. It is easy to share the gospel in a country that for now accepts this open sharing. However I think you might be a somewhat more careful who you witnessed to if it might cost your life.

The scripture also says to Not throw your pearls before swine. I submit that if the Holy Spirit has not gone before to prepare the heart you might as well talk to a wall. It is God who adds to the Church not man.

Rather than try to prove God to someone who wants concrete evidence of his existence. Why not wait for the Holy Spirit to prepare a heart and then join him in the endeavor

When I asked why people were voting for Obama I usually got a blank stare for several seconds which tells me they voted for color. I think churches are full of people brought in by slick marketing and not by the Holy Spirit. Jesus was a friend of publicans and sinners and not real thrilled with Pharisees. When I was involved with organized religion I prayed daily that I would not be a Pharisee and after leaving, the Lord showed me how big a pharisee I had indeed become. I don't expect church people will understand because you still look through the lens of organized religion. Now all you good church people can blast away and tell me how I need to get right with God.less
