    I know what you your are talking about I did the same thing and found liquid vitamins to be a better option I found some stuff called passion4lifevitamins and it has made a difference. I have been taking pills for years but as soon as I took liquid vitamins I could feel the difference. Plus the fact I a complete child when it come to taking pills liquid vitamins are quick and easy.
