Science is the new god of most Americans, the reason why Islam will possibly conquer America in the future is because Americans and American Christians and most western Christians of which I am one, no longer have a strong understanding of true Christianity, which calls for dominion not restriction of the human population.

If I was American, and taking seriously my responsibility to vote according to my Christian principles and conscience I would vote for The Constitution Party and for Chuck Baldwin.

There is no guarantee that he would be a better president that Bush or McCain or Hussein Obama but the party platform of the Constitution Party rings true with my conscience.

Not to mention it would be great to see those two security agents arrested for protecting Americans released from prison,

Come on Americans you can still be a truly great nation, I think.

This Bishop hails from my country, I respect him as a man who fought against the oppresive Apartheid regime, but I do not respect him as a Christian. Under his leadership the Anglican (Episcopalian) Church here in SOuth Africa has ordained homosexuals as priests, and his Church supports gay unions.

I do not trust his exposition of scripture.

I tried to post Revelation 22:15 and Deuteronomy 23:18 to this comment and they are both deemed inappropriate, it seems even Christian Post has a form of Christian religion but denies the power there of!

It is fine for non Christians to believe in the seperation of Church and state, but any Christian who has read the Bible will see the stories of Kings who called Israel to repentance, and saw to it that the wicked, idolators fornicators and temple prostitutes (homosexuals) were iether executed or exiled.

At other times the priest hood would call the king of Israel to order, which brought about a reformation in Israel. The two have their distict responsibilities, the Church has excommunication as a means of discipline, and the state has the right to exercise capital punishment. And while the people worship the one true GOD as scripture requires the nation knows GOD's blessing.

Abortion is a sin, it was punishable by death, if a baby was killed in the womb. In South Africa we charge people with murder if they kill an unborn child. But for some stupid reason forced on us by the United Nations we have legalised abortion on demand since 1996, the crazy thing is that here in South Africa like in America it is mostly black babies being murdered by Planned Parenthood, yes we have Planned Parenthood financed Abortuaries here in South Africa.

In South Africa as some of you know will know we had Apartheid, which determined that black people were discriminated against. Well the homosexual lobby in our country are using the same arguments as the homosexual lobby in America to pass them selves off as the new oppressed class of people. And we poor stupid Christians who have a misguided understanding of GOD's love are being suckered into believing what these ungodly people are saying.

Homosexuals choose their orientation, just like an adulterer chooses to do adultery or not. Black people, Chinese people and white people cannot change their colour, and definitely not choose their colour. Sin is a choice!

Why would GOD repudiate a Law that required the death of His Son, a Law that is fully a reflection of His (GOD's) holy character? A Law that is/was perfectly kept by the Lord Jesus Christ, and of which the Apostle John rights is not difficult to keep "1Jo 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome."

Jesus upholds the death penalty for incorrigible children in Matthew 15:4 ""For God commanded, saying, 'Honor your father and your mother'; and, 'He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.', this opposed to the religous hypocrites of His day who taught that you could refuse assistance toyour parents if you adpromised the money to the church?

"You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbour, and not bear sin because of him" in the next verse Leviticus 19:18 you will find these words, "...you shall love your neighbour as yourself, I am the LORD" the same words which Jesus used to summarise the last 6 of the Ten Commandments. (Matthew 22:39)

I dare any homosexual person who has not met me personally to accuse me of homophobia, I would sooner take a homosexual person to lunch, than a so called "Christian" who does not believe the straight forward teachings of scripture on homosexuality.

It is because I am commanded to love my brother, what ever his sin might be that I warn them of their sin, more specifically because I love my country, and because I care about the Church in other nations America included, that taking right ground on this issue is necessary, A homosexual person in practice and orientation, is just as much an enemy of GOD as a thief in practice and orientation. I would hate to see iether go to hell, therefore as you will read in Leviticus 19:17 I rebuke my neighbour concerning sin, as he should do when he see's me sinning because this is loving your neighbour as you love yourself.

The Bible at least the one I read (KJV, NIV, and NLT) all say at Psalm 5:5, Psalm 11:5 that GOD hates the wicked, the New Testament at John 3:36 says that these the wicked remain under the wrath (anger) of GOD, and in James 4:4 sinners are described as enemies of GOD.

"Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God."

Please do look at the afore mentioed scriptures, and keep in mind that New Testament Christianity is based on these same scriptures, and I do trust that you will or have run to Jesus to escape GOD's anger.

I am afraid that some well meaning campus ministries are going to silently love Homosexual people all the way into hell. This is not the love of the Christ that I read of in the scriptures who told religous hypocrites in His day that they smelt worse than graves, and were serpents.

Love is putting the murderer, adulterer, and blasphemer to death (solely governments responsibility), in the interests of a GOD fearing society. Many Christians show more love to the wicked than they do to the GOD fearing.

There are a great many "Great" Church leaders of the past and present who have written good books or commentaries about the Christian faith. We should be very careful who we "idolise" when it comes to our faith.

Here in South Africa very other Christian sports star is idolised by a sports mad public, and it is difficult to defend these so called Christian sportsmen/women when they fall from the faith.

If GOD can use a donkey He can use any vessel He chooses to communicate His message, the vessel remains but a vessel. I praise GOD that Rev Packer has moved from the liberal Anglicans, I also wish he had done so much sooner as I would have done in the same scenario.
