I remember seeing Griffin on a commercial where they were interviewing her for one of those TV/news/entertainment shows. I think she had some plastic surgery that went terribly wrong. And I remember hearing her very loud annoying voice, which made me change the channel. Listening to fingernails on a chalkboard is more appealing to me than listening to her prattling foolishness. Otherwise I had never heard of her or watched anything that she stars in. I'm not surprised or upset at her comment because quite frankly I don't expect any better out of this ilk from Hollywood/entertainment industry. 99% of them are lost heathen. 1 Peter 1:24-25 FOR ALL FLESH IS AS GRASS, AND ALL THE GLORY OF MAN AS THE FLOWER OF GRASS. THE GRASS WITHERETH, AND THE FLOWER THEREOF FALLETH AWAY: BUT THE WORD OF THE LORD ENDURETH FOR EVER. The Word of God will still be around long after Griffin has kicked the bucket and split hell wide open, and long after her Emmy's been dumped in the landfill. How sad she believes that a molten graven image is her god (confusing since I thought she was an athiest), why that takes more faith than to believe in the true God of the Bible.

What disgusting, vile, abominable, filthy trash is being spewed out in the cesspool called MTV and Hollywood these days. Not that I watch MTV or even prime time TV anymore, it is all just trash.

If "parents and evangelicals are so concerned" then why not discontinue the MTV or put one TV in the family room or even throw it out. Could it be that "youth are biblically illiterate but well-informed about the latest MTV programs" because their parents are not raising them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord? Why are Christian parents letting their kids watch this garbage? I can understand the heathen letting their kids watch whatever, but it is deplorable that so-called "Christian" parents would let their kids near this spiritual poison. Such parents and their kids need to not only study to show themselves approved but to make their calling and election sure.
