It is important to remember that the Quran states Christians should rely on their word (Bible) as it confirms the message of Mohammad. Since a comparison reveals patent contradictions of the Biblical record in the Quran then it is critical to make those clear and highlight any misinformation in any Muslim attempt at dialogue. The fact that this may offend Muslims as it implies Allah is mistaken in his assertions is simply a clash of claimed truths.
The Muslim document is (perhaps unsurprisingly) a Muslim biased document that reflects Muslim belief and undermines the centrality of Jesus’ own claims about himself.
We simply agree to disagree but Christians should continue challenge the claims of Allah /Mohammad. For example pointing out basic errors such as the extraordinary mistake about the makeup of the trinity in the Quran, and the problem of revelation in the Quran regarding the satanic verses, that undermines the claim that the Quran is sourced from the Yahweh of the Bible.
