2016 Chevrolet Camaro News: The 'Legitimate Sports Car'

Cars have largely become a huge part of life over the past decades, and there's no stopping Camaro from providing the experience that many car owners want in terms of handling, acceleration, and braking.

While the company has received various complaints about the previous Camaro's small space and "poor visibility," the engineers didn't seem to mind all the negativities and advanced into working on a model that deserves applause and appreciation.

Left Lane News calls the model "a legitimate sports car," which is something new as not too many new models could actually pass up for a sports car, especially since many automakers are focused on luxury and sharp outward looks.

With an engine that boasts of 275 horsepower and four turbo-charged cylinders, it doesn't come as a surprise that Motor Trend called the new Camaro the "Car of the Year."

Instead of the usual six-speed system, the new Camaro is an eight-speed auto that features quick shifts and combos that not only promise lightning speed braking in critical situations but also offer a perfect run for the highway.

The outlet also notes that the 2016 model is very much efficient for the snowy season as it features a Snow/Ice driving mode that ensures safety when accelerating and braking in slippery roadways.

Multiple outlets report that the new Camaro, from the outside, looks similar to its predecessor, though the automaker is much sleek, and as mentioned, is on the sporty side. The San Diego Union-Tribune also commends the new car for its improved interiors as it features some useful areas that can be used for storage, plus charging ports for those who left the house with their phones almost gasping for life.

Overall, the Camaro SS, as it is dubbed, not only talks of a smooth and sleek look but most especially aims to bring a pleasure and safety-ensured driving experience to the many consumers who prefer the safe ride home.
