Sometimes life can just get hard for us. Most people having different ways of coping with discouragement and disappointment. When life gets hard and we feel down there is no better way to lift ourselves up then spending time with God.

Disappointment usually leads to discouragement and through time it gets hard to get past. When we become discouraged, we turn into another person. This is not the person God desired us to be. God wants us to be happy and love all people around us. When you feel disappointed, just know that there are others who may be dealing with an even worse situation. Consider this a blessing, and use it to learn from in the future.

Psalms 42:11 - Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.
