AC Milan vs. Zenit St. Petersburg Live Stream: Watch Champions League Football Online

AC Milan plays host to Zenit St. Petersburg in a match that has implications for both clubs as they both look to further their place in the Champions League.

For AC Milan and manager Massimiliano Allegri, the focus is on winning, their group having already clinched a spot in the next round of the Champions League. Milan can still tie first place Malaga if they win and Malaga fails to come away with points during their match against Anderlecht.

The group stage results of the competition have been inconsistent for Milan, as they have recorded two wins, two draws, and one loss.

With a next round spot already secured, Allegri will be looking to rest some starters while giving less experienced players an opportunity in this match.

Stephan El Shaarawy is one starter who is expected to sit as Bojan Krkic readies himself for a start. Mathieu Flamini and Massimo Ambrosini could make an appearance in midfield and replace first choice pairing Nigel de Jong and Riccardo Montolivo as they have featured in every Champions League match thus far.

For St. Petersburg, their quest is much more dire. Having come into the competition as a favorites to win the group, several embarrassing losses has put the club in a position that requires them to win and maintain their goal differential if they are to make it to the next round.

They were placed in this position after an embarrassing 3-0 loss to Malaga followed by an own goal in the next match that gave Milan a 3-2 win in the pairs first meeting.

The club needs to win and make sure that their goal differential lead is kept over Anderlecht and at the very least hope their result is the same as Zenits. If they falter than a spot in the round of 32 for the Europa League would be in question.

Kick-off for the match is at 2:45 ET and can be watched online here.
