Adriana Lima appeared on the runway this week two months since giving birth to her daughter, Sienna.
The Victoria's Secret Angel was in New York City during the week to take the runaway again for the first time since her baby to help out in the brand's annual fashion show.
Lima gave birth to her second child on Sept. 12, however, she has gotten herself back in shape in less than two months with any signs of her pregnancy gone as she took to the runway for Victoria's Secret's Angels in Bloom collection.
Prior to taking to the runway the model took to social media site Twitter to reveal how she had gotten herself back in shape so quickly following her baby.
She posted photos of herself in workout gear showing how she'd been keeping a regular fitness regime so that she could return to modeling work as soon as possible. She posted on her Twitter account on Oct. 12: "Tired... Very very tired..."
Then on the day of the fashion show she tweeted about her last workout from the previous day showing how she was pushing herself in every available moment to get back her regular physique prior to the prestigious fashion show.
Lima has admitted that boxing is her favorite workout, and she has posted photos of herself having bloody knuckles by taking to her boxing regime so fiercely. She has posted about her "intense workouts" and "boxing hands" to show her fans what she has been going through the past 8 weeks since giving birth.
Lima is a believer in conducting intense workouts. She has previously told The Telegraph newspaper, "It is really intense, it's not really the amount of time you spend working out, it's the intensity. I jump rope, I do boxing, I lift weights, but I get bored doing that. If I am not moving I get bored very easily."
There were numerous other models who made their post-baby comebacks on Wednesday night, including Alessandra Ambrosio, who had son Noah five months ago, and Lilly Aldridge, who gave birth to daughter Dixie five months ago.
Models have a reputation for fighting fiercely to get back in shape as soon as possible following giving birth. In 2009 Heidi Klum returned to the runway just five weeks following giving birth to her fourth child.
