AIDS Continue to Strike Thailand, Schooling Projects Begin in the Philippines

Despite reports that the HIV/AIDS epidemic in South Asia is plummeting, nearly 30 thousand people die annually of AIDS in Thailand. World Concern Ministries provides relief and development programs in Thailand to help family members adjust to the loss of loved ones. World Concern and partnering agencies hope to share Christ’s love in word and deed with the most impoverished families worldwide.

The Evangelical Free Church in the Philippines work with churches in Manila to open study centers in the community. Through their development projects, the poor children will gain literacy. Local funding from North America is needed for books and materials.
