'American Horror Story: Freak Show' News: Matt Bomer, Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka to Guest Star, Lily Rabe to Reprise 'Asylum' Role

A whole slew of guest stars, plus one familiar face will be featured in upcoming episodes of "American Horror Story: Freak Show."

Lily Rabe is set to reprise the role of Sister Mary Eunice from season 2 of the show, subtitled "Asylum." According to Entertainment Weekly, Rabe's character will return in Episode 10.

Meanwhile, Matt Bomer will be making his debut on the Nov. 5 episode of "Freak Show." The actor first worked with show creator Ryan Murphy on "Glee' and later on HBO's "The Normal Heart." Bomer will share the screen with Michael Chiklis and Finn Wittrock in what Murphy said was a seven-page scene.

"[He's in] one of the most disturbing things we've ever done and a true horror scene," Murphy tells The Hollywood Reporter.

Also set to guest star is Murphy's good friend Neil Patrick Harris and his husband David Burtka. Earlier in October the show creator told reporters that he was close to having Harris on the show.

"I spoke to Neil a week ago," said Murphy. "He was fresh off his wedding. Obviously we have worked together before, I'm working on something and hopefully we will talk … He's game. He had very specific ideas of what he wanted to do, and I had very specific ideas, so we're melding them. He's awesome, one of our great entertainers."

According to TVLine, Harris will appear on episode 11 and 12 as a "chameleon salesman," while Burtka will be featured in episode 13— the season finale— in a storyline with Jessica Lange's character.

"American Horror Story: Freak Show" airs on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on FX.
