'American Horror Story: Hotel' Plot News, Update: Details on Halloween Special Episodes Revealed

The new spoiler report from Entertainment Weekly divulged the details of the upcoming Halloween special episodes of FX's hit horror drama TV series "American Horror Story: Hotel."

According to the publication, the segment will be called "Devil's Night" and it will be a two-parter. The first will feature the return of the long-time AHS collaborator Lily Rabe. She plays the serial killer Aileen Wurnos.

The episode, as further described by the media outlet, will be much more of a "dinner party from hell" and will take place at the Hotel Cortez.

As what series co-creator Ryan Murphy said, this dinner will definitely send chills to viewers as "the biggest serial killers of all time all come to the hotel."

Guest and detective John Lowe (Wes Bentley) is invited to the "devil's night dinner" and he thinks "someone is pulling a huge prank on him."

"It's the biggest serial killers of all time in a room with him and he has to figure who is trying to make him lose his mind," Murphy told EW.

The second part of the segment, meanwhile, will focus on the Silver Lake hipster, Justin (Darren Criss). The character, along with his equally hip girlfriend, heads down to the hotel to escape the "pesky trick-or-treaters."

Murphy said that checking into Hotel Cortez with the hopes of having a peaceful Halloween is rather a bad idea.

The EP teased that the lovers would be "horrified they can't get their artisanal cheese." Aside from that, their stay in the establishment won't really be a breezy one as they are about to go head to head with Iris (Katy Bates) who are not quite happy with the guests.

Earlier this month, Murphy teased that "Hotel" will be "much more dark" than the previous installments of the anthology.

"It's about a theme and an idea that's very close to my heart that I've always wanted to do that's a little bloodier and grislier I think than anything that we've done before; it's straight horror this year," he was quoted as saying (via Deadline).

"American Horror Story: Hotel" debuts this October on FX.
