The hit thriller series "American Horror Story" is expected to bring some familiar faces back to the small screens.

Since the beginning of "American Horror Story," fans have seen the anthology series evolve into new themes. Along with that, the cast of the series also came back for new seasons, portraying new characters each time. The upcoming season is expected to take the same form as several character are going to make a come back in the new season of "American Horror Story."

The newest addition to the cast, Lady Gaga, is confirmed for Season 6. Gaga joined the cast last season and surprised fans with a stellar performance as the Countess. The "Poker Face" singer previously spoke to Variety about her passion for her work, which translates through the episodes.
She said, "If I'm playing a character at the same time as that, I also am that as well. So, I live a lifestyle of sort of endless, relentless love for making my work. And that in every way informs me as a person, all the time."
Another Familiar Face Returns
Aside from Gaga, another fan favorite actor will return to season 6. Evan Peters, who has been a regular in the series, will be seen taking a new character for the upcoming season. In an interview with Deadline, Peters expressed his enthusiasm to be part of the show again.
He said, "I really like the show. I really want to do a great job and I don't take for granted the characters that they give me. It is a very out-there show, so I try to make it as real as I can, but all the while having a fun time with it. They've been very nice to me and I hope they keep inviting me back to play with their writing. I'd do it forever."
He also shared how it was like to work with Gaga "American Horror Story: Hotel." He said that even though she was new at acting, she was willing to give all that she could to the role.
While he did not give much hints about the upcoming season, it was reported that the production team of "American Horror Story" has began filming at FOX studios in Los Angeles.
There has yet to be a release date for "American Horror Story" Season 6.
