American Music Awards 2014 News: Date, Nominees Announced by Jason Derulo and Charli XCX
The upcoming 2014 American Music Awards will broadcast live from the NOKIA Theatre L.A. on Sunday, Nov. 23 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
A yearly tradition in the entertainment industry, AMA 2014 will once again feature exciting performances from today's hottest artists. The event will also highlight the presentation of fan-voted awards in the categories of Pop/Rock, Alternative Rock, Country, Rap/Hip-Hop, Soul/R&B, Adult Contemporary, Contemporary Inspirational, Latin, EDM, Soundtrack, Single of The Year, New Artist of the Year Presented by Kohl's, and the Artist of the Year.

As reported, Iggy Azalea tops the number of nominations for this year with six, followed by John Legend, Katy Perry, and Pharrell Williams with five nominations each.
Lorde follows on with four nominations while Beyonce, Eminem, Imagine Dragons and One Direction got three nominations for the awards. Bastille, Drake, Luke Bryan, OneRepublic and Sam Smith receive two nominations, respectively.
