Andy Murray vs Youzhny takes place in the Wimbledon 2013 tennis tournament on Monday as the British No. 1 looks to continue his progress towards what he hopes will be another Wimbledon Final. Murray is second on Center Court on Monday at approximately 10 a.m. ET, following Serena Williams' match, and all the action can be watched online through free live stream (details below).
Murray has looked confident through the early stages of the tournament and has so far avoided any potential shocks similar to what Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal experienced in week 1. Both Federer and Nadal were unceremoniously knocked out by much lower ranked opposition, and their losses have opened up Murray's path to the final in his half of the draw.
Murray was drawn in the same half of the draw as both Federer and Nadal, but he has now avoided both of them and most pundits are predicting a clear path for both Murray and Novak Djokovic, who is in the other half of the draw, to make it to the final.
British fans will no doubt be out in force to cheer on their No. 1 player, and they are hoping that Murray can end Britain's 77 year wait for a men's singles champion at Wimbledon.
So far in this year's tournament Murray has defeated Benjamin Becker, Yen-Hsun Lu and Tommy Robredo without dropping a set - and has a 2-0 record against his opponent today, Russian 20th seed Youzhny.
Whoever wins today's match will progress to the quarter-finals and be just two matches away from the showcase final on Sunday.
