Minoa Asagaya's quest to find out one anime show's title may just turn into a full-blown love for the genre on the Japanese comedy anime series, "Anime-Gataris."

An anime show that involved a giant robot, a singing idol, and an angel has, for some inexplicable reason, remained stuck in Minoa's memories from when she was a kid. She has, however, forgotten the said show's title.

Now that she's in high school and has to decide on what extracurricular interest to take up, a casual conversation with her best friend, Yui Obata, has just led her into becoming acquainted with her wealthy, seemingly unapproachable classmate, Arisu Kamiigusa.

The two of them are endeavoring to revive the school's defunct Anime Club, and it seems that there are already a number of potential members, including a cosplayer, a bookworm, and the popular guy in school.

There is also the matter of the mysterious room that seemed to have opened specifically for Minoa. Inside the said room were a cat and a red beret, both of which will undoubtedly play significant roles in the upcoming episodes.

The red beret has since been carried by the wind to a yet-to-be-identified man at the train station. The cat, on the other hand, just talked to Minoa and called the girl clumsy for leaving her phone at the Anime Club's room.

It's only been a month since Minoa started high school, and all sorts of strange things are already happening to her. Will the talking cat amuse her enough to keep up with the Anime Club, despite being an anime rookie, or will it scare her away from that room for good?
