Anthem Light Advises Fans: Stop Wasting Time Chasing Guys

Christian contemporary band Anthem Lights, composed of Alan Powell, Caleb Grimm, Chad Graham and newly added member Joey Stamper, likes to give their fans (aka 'lightbulbs') advice for life.

In the Anthem Lights bio on their Facebook page, Chad Graham shares, "We take this ministry very seriously. God has always been leading us down this path, and so we want to use what God has given us to get this message out to people who need it: 'Your life has purpose and meaning in Christ.' We all struggle with the idea of perfection, and we all stumble and fall, but that purpose for our lives never goes away. And God never, ever gives up on us."

The four guys believe that their ministry has a purpose, therefore they love to share positive advice with their fan base. Just last week the band tweeted to their female fans, "Girls, stop wasting your time chasing guys that aren't worth catching."

The reaction of their female fans was very positive and many of them sincerely confessed that they needed to hear that message.

Here are some thankful tweets from Anthem Lights' fans:

"OH MY GOODNESS I needed to hear this today!!! Thank you Jesus!!!

"This is SO TRUE!! I really needed this today."

More reactions include:

"Wait for the one who the Lord has for you."

"A woman's heart should be so hidden in God that a man has to seek Him just to find her!"

The mother of a young girl reacted with gratitude:

"I am so thankful for the posts from Anthem Lights. God bless you for sharing your thoughts. My daughter is young and impressionable, and she LOVES you guys! I am so happy she gets to read the wonderful messages you all post."
