April the Giraffe Giving Birth Latest, Live Stream Video; When Will Giraffe Give Birth?

According to zookeepers at the Animal Adventure Park, there have been some interesting changes in April the giraffe's body, particularly her mammaries, which could signal that she is preparing to give birth. The statement was made last Monday as viewers tuned in to watch what could be the imminent birth of a giraffe.

For some reason, a giraffe named April has become an attraction online as the Animal Adventure Park first released a live stream of her pregnancy. Viewers from all over the internet would watch the constant feed, especially now that April is almost at the end of term of her 15-month pregnancy, according to Fox 2 Now.

The zoo park posted an update on their official Facebook page last Monday on what could be the start of April's birthing preparations. According to Animal Adventure Park zookeepers, the giraffe looks to be having a "mammary change," which prompted them to make the excited announcement that "We are getting there!" referring to the moment that April the giraffe finally gives birth.

"April had us watching the monitors close last night. Her behavior was interesting last night, and is noted as continued this morning," the Facebook post noted, making sure to underscore how fascinating April's new behavior is. "She is very relaxed, tail has been raising on and off for periods of time. Wax caps are in place but we have noted a significant mammary change! Photo is comments section! We are getting there!" the Facebook caption continued, making sure the readers understand how significant a mammary change is in the current situation.

It looks like the giraffe might give birth soon, given this "mammary change." Animal Adventure Park first started streaming April's pregnancy last Feb. 23. Since then, the zoo has put up an official site that offers, among other things, giraffe emojis and official April the giraffe merchandise.
