'Arrow' Season 4 News, Update: Stephen Amell Teases Ollie Going Back to Starling City

Production for the upcoming fourth season of The CW's hit superhero TV drama series, "Arrow," hasn't started yet but according to latest reports, one person from Oliver Queen's (Stephen Amell) team could be the reason for his apparent return to Starling City.

Season 3 ended with a scene where Ollie, along with Felicity Smoak (Emily Beckett Rickards), was cruising on the street away from his beloved city. It can be assumed that Arrow's work in Starling is already done after defeating Ra's Al Ghul (Matt Nable) in a duel. But the story won't be the same without Ollie in his city. So what could bring him back?

Amell's latest interaction with fans on the social media while on set for the filming of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" could be a clue He plays the live-action rendition of Casey Jones in the film.

"What's wrong Speedy?" the actor's Twitter post reads.

Then and there, the public took this piece of information as a sign that points out to an issue concerning Thea. Speedy is the name that Thea Queen (Willa Holland) assumed when she went under the hood.

It could be that Thea took over his brother's responsibility in keeping the peace and quiet in Starling City. But without his guidance, Thea is left helpless.

TV Line meanwhile thrown in their take on the story saying that it could be the effect of the Lazarus Pit waters which are now beginning to manifest on her. It can be recalled that Oliver brought Thea back to life by dipping her in the said mythical pit.

There could be other reasons and one way to find out is to tune in when "Arrow" Season 4 premieres this fall on The CW.
