For Arsenal, they are currently third in the league with 68 points and are two points behind Tottenham Hotspur who are second with 70 points.

If Arsenal win and Spurs lose their own matchup, then they switch places. Leicester City cannot be caught as they already secured their title in the league but look for Arsenal to try and finish as high as possible.

On the other side, the Gunners are also trying to keep Manchester City at bay as they are only three points ahead.

If City win and Arsenal lose, then the goal difference may be the deciding factor that sees City finish third in the league and Arsenal slide to fourth – the qualifier spot in the UEFA Champions League.

There are still many factors that can affect Arsenal at the moment – but simply winning over Villa can put all those to rest.

On the other hand, Villa are on the other end of the table – in last place only with 17 points after 37 games.

It has been a season to forget for the Villains and they are already assured a spot in the second tier after finishing in the bottom three of the EPL.

With only three wins this season, Villa need to regroup and start over if they want to make a swift return back to the top flight.

And with nothing to fight for, the only thing they should worry about now is to finish off with a good performance against the Gunners.

A win can help them gain some momentum as they try to rebuild.

Unfortunately, Arsenal may be a little bit too much and should get a comfortable win.
