Dubbed as model number ZE551ML, there are three versions of this particular model of the Zenfone 2.

The highest-end model boasts a 5.5-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, a 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom chipset, 4GB RAM and 64GB of built in memory, and would be the most expensive version at CNY 2,000, or about $322.

Meanwhile, there is also another version that gets only a 1.8GHz quad-core chip, and 32GB of built-in memory, which would cost about CNY 1,700 or $273.

Last in the list is another 5.5-inch display with 1080p resolution, 2GB of RAM, and only 16GB of internal storage. The Android handset is reportedly priced at CNY 1,300 or around $210.

On the other hand, another report from IBN Live stated that Asus has sent out press invites in India for the upcoming launch of its Zenfone 2.

While there are still no clues whether the Taiwan-based manufacturer will offer all of the versions or not, the move will surely put the company in a tightly-contested market where Xiaomi, Samsung and local brands are fighting over the Android faithful.
