Baby Lisa Irwin Kidnapped: Parent's Desperate Plea to Kidnapper in Kansas City

The parents of a baby girl who was abducted from her crib in Kansas City has made a desperate plea for her safe return. Baby Lisa was kidnapped from her bedroom on Monday night while her mother slept, prompting a national search for the baby.

Parents Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin made a public appearance yesterday, appealing for the kidnapper to return their baby.

“We just want our baby back. Please, bring her home. ... Please just drop her off anywhere, please. We don’t care, just somewhere safe where she can come home, please,” Lisa Irwin's mother pleaded.

Over 300 investigators are searching for Baby Lisa, including a team of FBI forensic analysts. However even after three days of combing through the city, there are very few leads and Kansas City police do not know what may have happened to her.

Lisa’s mother put her to bed at 10.30 p.m. Monday and went to sleep. Her father Jeremy checked on the baby after he returned from work at 4a.m. and saw that she was missing. Investigators believe that the baby was snatched from her bedroom window.

Police have inquired door to door in the quiet neighborhood from where Lisa was snatched but there is nothing solid so far.

The case has sparked national interest. Over 2,600 people have joined the “Help Find Lisa Irwin” Facebook page which has been set up by friends and supporters.
