Baby Lisa Irwin Missing: Lawyer Claims Mysterious Evidence Proves Parents Innocent

The lawyers for missing baby Lisa Irwin’s parents have claimed that there is evidence indicating that his clients are innocent of any foul play related to their daughter’s disappearance.

The lawyers have said that a phone call from a cell phone reportedly stolen the night baby Lisa disappeared proves that they had nothing to do with the incident.

Baby Lisa went missing from her home the night of Oct. 3. Her mother, Deborah Bradley, said that she put her in her crib in the evening and later passed out after drinking heavily with a friend. Jeremy Irwin, the girl’s father had been working a night shift as an electrician at a local Starbucks. When he arrived back to the family home at about 4 a.m. he found his daughter’s crib empty and his family’s three cell phones missing.

John Picerno has claimed at the weekend that the FBI had revealed to him that one of the cell phones was used at 11.57 p.m. Oct. 3 to call a mysterious woman that neither parent knows.

He said, “The cell phone call that night is important evidence. What it tells you is our clients are telling the truth. The caller never did reach the woman but a record of the call was logged.

The woman, who has been identified as Megan Wright, has told media representatives that she did not know Bradley nor Irwin and cannot explain the call.

Picerno has also previously claimed that the FBI told him someone tried to access the voice mail and internet of one of the cell phones at 3:17 a.m. and again at 3:32 a.m. Oct. 4.

The family has claimed that on Oct. 3 Jeremy Irwin left for work in the evening, and then Ms Brando, a next door neighbor came over to the family home with her four-year-old daughter so the children could play together.

Ms Brando left to buy some alcohol and Deborah Bradley put baby Lisa down in her crib at 6.40 p.m.

When Brando came back she sat with Bradley on the front stoop smoking and drinking into the night, the Kansas City Star has described. Bradley claims that she slept at about 10.30 p.m. after getting drunk, and that she could not remember if she checked on baby Lisa before sleeping.

Bradley claims that baby Lisa’s door was closed when she went to bed. When father Irwin came home about 4 p.m. he found her door ajar.
