Former "Bachelorette" contestant Brian Jarosinski and ex-girlfriend Stephanie Larimore are back together, reports state. Jarosinski's relationship with Larimore was exposed during last week's episode of "The Bachelorette," when Larimore appeared at the house to explain all to bachelorette Desiree Hartsock.

"Brian admitted to making a mistake by not telling me about the show, and he apologized," Larimore told In Touch. "It has taken some time. Right now we're taking things day by day and somewhat getting to know each other all over again."

The couple dated for a year and a half before taking a break. During that time, Jarosinski applied to, and was accepted on ABC's series. He told Desiree about the relationship but said that it was all in the past. However, much to his surprise, Larimore showed up at the house and, along with host Chris Harrison, explained it all to Desiree.

She then made the decision to send Jarosinski home, fearing that she could not trust him and obviously upset that he had lied to her. The men were also upset about Jarosinski's behavior and treatment of Desiree. They rallied around her and promised to be honest with her from that point on.

"The show brought us back together and made us talk about our issues," Larimore told In Touch. "We didn't communicate well before, and we're starting to see things in a new light."

Many wonder how Jarosinski managed to fool ABC and get on the show in the first place.

"There are things you just aren't able to find," Harrison told TV Guide. "We can vet the psychological profiles, do drug testing and test for STDs, but unless we have the time and the money to vet someone like a Chief Justice in the Supreme Court, you have to take their word as, 'I'm single and available.'"

"The Bachelorette" continues, without Jarosinski, on ABC Monday nights.
