'Back to the Future' Throwback: Michael J. Fox Joins Coldplay Onstage to Recreate Famous Scene from the Movie

1985's Back to the Future star Michael J. Fox performed onstage with Coldplay in reenacting the iconic dance and performance scene in the hit American comedy-adventure film.

Upon Chris Martin's 10-year-old son, Moses' request to play a song from their favorite 80s movie, Martin genuinely welcomed the actor onstage saying, "Ladies and Gentlemen, from the best movie of all time, Michael J. Fox." Fox then appeared in the middle of performing "Earth Angel." Fox started to display his undeniably incredible guitar skills, bringing back his character as Marty McFly in the big-screen classic.

After performing "Earth Angel," the crowd have gone even more enthusiastic as Fox amazed them with his "Johnny B Goode" guitar riffs performance.

Being a fan of the film, Coldplay lead vocalist Martin told the audience, "Well, that was our dream come true," acknowledging the superb performance with Fox. Fox as well in return, expressed his gratitude to the band in his tweet, saying that the show was a blast.

The concert and the performance was held on Monday in New Jersey.

The performance had brought everyone back to the memory in the film when Marty McFly was performing onstage in a certain high school Enchantment Under the Sea dance, while watching his parents "from the past." The iconic scene when his mom was taken by another guy in the movie had almost caused his existence to vanish, but right when his parents kissed, he was finally saved from being gone forever.
