The Buccaneers meanwhile are still hoping that there is something left of their season. They come into the game on 1-4 after a three game road trip. They really must gain their second win of the season today if they are to claw their way back to .500 and try to stay relevant to the second half of the regular season.
Even at 2-4, things would be difficult, but a win today would be something that they can build on. They have a bye week next week and if they can claim a win they might have time to readjust things some more and hopefully push on to try and get back to .500.
They have been in back to back nail biting games over the past two weeks. They managed to claim their first win of the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the final seconds, however, they fell to the New Orleans Saints in overtime last week to drop back to 1-4.
The Ravens meanwhile lost their season opener, but then went on to claim three straight wins. However, they hit a brick wall last week and their run was brought to a halt by the Indianapolis Colts.
