Despite the three point gap at the top, Barcelona coach Gerardo Martino has said that the title is in their own hands. They will, however, have to regain their composure following last week's surprise 3-1 defeat at Real Sociedad.
Today's game against Almeria should help them do that; not many are expecting Almeria to be able to hand out what would be back to back losses for Barcelona in front of the intimidating Nou Camp fan base.
Martino's plan will be to win today, and then gain maximum points until Barcelon's journey to the Bernabeu on March 23, when they will come face to face with their greatest rivals to try and claim the win to leapfrog their opponents at the top of the table.
Martino has said, "Everything in the league continues to depend on ourselves, but we need to win every game that remains. We need to change the mood quickly."
