Barcelona vs Levante takes place on Sunday in the Spanish La Liga with Spain's top team given the opportunity to further extend their lead at the top of the table. The game is scheduled to kick off at 3 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream (details below).

Barcelona's main rivals for the La Liga title, Real Madrid, suffered another surprise loss on Saturday evening meaning Barca could move 11 points clear of them by the end of today. That would, for many pundits, basically all but confirm Barcelona for the title this season. They do not often slip up in their domestic games and it would take a long streak of bad form for Lionel Messi and his team to let Real back in the title race.

Real had suffered a terrible start to the new season as they attempted to defend their La Liga title, but they seemed to have turned the corner, and recent results had been much more consistent. However, Saturday's loss to Real Betis has undermined all the good work by the team over recent weeks.

Barcelona are hot favorites to win this game against Levante, and it would be a massive shock if they were unable to take all three points.

However, Levante fans would be quick to point out they have been solid at home this season. In addition, in last season's corresponding fixture at the Estadi Ciutat de Valencia, Barcelona did not sweep Levante aside so easily, but only just scrapped through the tight game with the three points.

Already this season Levante have proven tough at home for Real Madrid to beat, and have claimed a home win against Valencia, and denied Athletico Madrid all three points here as well.

Barcelona will be missing a few players for this game including David Villa, Marc Bartra, Alexis Sanchez, Isaac Cuenca. In addition, although Adriano and Thiago have returned to full training they probably will not start today's game but should be included in the match day squad.

Levante rested a number of players for their mid-week game in the Europa League and should only be missing Pedro Lopez for this game.
