Barcelona vs Real Madrid in the Copa Del Rey 2013 semi final second leg takes place on Tuesday evening with the teams deadlocked at 1-1 after the first leg a few weeks ago. The game is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. UK time (3 p.m. ET) and can be watched online through free live stream (details below).
Barcelona will be slight favorites given that they are playing at the Nou Camp for this second leg, and Lionel Messi has made a rallying cry for an improvement in form for the Spanish La Liga leaders
Messi has said the team needs to "pull themselves together" if they are to gain victory today against their fiercest rivals. Even though they hold the slight advantage in this semi final tie, Barcelona enter this match in an unfamiliar position - having been tactically outdone by Italian giants AC Milan in their recent Champions League encounter.
AC Milan beat Barcelona 2-0 to take a clear advantage in their knock out tie, leaving Barca on the cusp of elimination.
The Barcelona attack, and Lionel Messi in particular, seemed blunted by the spot on tactics from AC Milan in that game, and if Real can learn from that Milan performance then they could come out of today's game with a shock win.
With Cristiano Ronaldo in blistering form currently it would take a brave man to bet against Real being able to score tonight and wipe out that important Barcelona away goal from the first leg. If Real can get a score draw of 2-2 or higher then they would take the tie on away goals.
Barcelona have failed to keep a clean sheet in their past 11 matches, making it even more likely that Real will be able to find a way through their defense and turn the tie around.
Messi has said though, "Against Madrid we will have to produce our best football as we will be against a great rival."
Ronaldo has scored 7 goals in his last seven games against Barcelona, where as Messi has 17 in 23 games against Real Madrid.
They will both play pivotal parts to see how will come out on top tonight. The game is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream by clicking here.
