'Batman vs. Superman' News: New Poster Leaked, Official Trailer Soon to Be Released?

A rumored promotional poster of upcoming DC film 'Batman vs. Superman' has surfaced online, according to reports. A Reddit user showed Wonder Woman, Superman and Batman and was also supposedly shown during a licensing event in Hong Kong early this year. There is no confirmation of the poster's authenticity, but that many commentators think it is the real thing.

Apart from news about the film's director and some of its cast, not much has been revealed about the film's storyline. Production is finished and fans are waiting for the film's release on March 26, 2015.

An official trailer has yet to be released to the public, although a teaser trailer was supposedly shown during the Comic-Con 2014. According to the site Cinema Blend, the footage "suggested that the Man of Steel has as big a beef with the Caped Crusader as the latter does with the former – but the reasoning is still unclear."

The trailer was reportedly leaked online in December 2014, according to reports, but traces of the leaked trailer were nowhere to be found.

Henry Cavill reprises his role as the Man of Steel, while Ben Affleck will play Batman. Gal Gadot, an Israeli model and actress, will play Wonder Woman. Amy Adams returns as journalist and Superman's love interest Lois Lane and Lex Luthor will be played by Jesse Eisenberg. Other rumored cast members are for the characters of Flash (Scott McNairy), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Robin (Jena Malone) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher).

Amy Adams, in the iDigitalTimes report, spoke about her role as Lois Lane and confirmed she had filmed a scene with Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne.

"He is going to be his own unique thing. He's got a wonderful quality and a great body of work. I was only in one scene with him, I think I'm allowed to say that. So I didn't get to see much, but what I saw was fantastic," she said.
