Meanwhile, DICE has not announced any details on "Battlefield 5," but the game developer appears to have released a few hints on what fans should expect from the new game, the Latin Post reports.

One of the important clues that DICE has dropped is a job opening it posted on its official website. The company is currently looking to hire a new Senior Technical Animator who can "drive innovation and application of new animation technology," the report relays.

Based on the job description, DICE may be working on an animation technology that might change the way first-person shooter games are played. However, the exact application of the new technology in "Battlefield 5" still remains to be seen, the report details.

In addition, DICE says the new Senior Technical Animator will be assigned to an "unannounced AAA title." This statement has sparked speculations that the upcoming game will have new key features, the report adds.

There are those speculating that the new title might have some sort of VR support, but there is still no confirmation about that. If this rumor proves to be true, the first-person shooter game might end up at the top of the chart.

"Battlefield 5" is expected to be released 10 or 11 months from now. The game may also be made available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
