BBM for Android Download Coming Soon, Galaxy S4 to Receive Software

Blackberry Messenger, better known as BBM will be available for Android to download in the very near future.

The messaging software will be rolling out to Samsung Galaxy Android smartphones in Africa soon, according to recent ads that were aired during a football (soccer) match.

The ad aired during the Manchester United vs. Chelsea game. The commercial stated that BBM is coming to the Galaxy S4 soon as well as other Galaxy branded devices. However, a specific launch date was not announced during the ad. The ad was also briefly published on Samsung's Ghana YouTube

The company first announced in the beginning of the month that the new app will be available in its Google Play store and will become part of the Samsung Messaging Hub sometime in the very near future.

Both Samsung and BlackBerry are confident in the software and believe it will bring a new experience to users of Galaxy devices.

Samsung customers will soon join the BBM nation in its love of the "D" and "R" notifications."
