'Be Healed by the God Who Cares' Book Release

Author Sherif Michael has released his new book “Be Healed by the God Who Cares” this week.

The paperback offers help to those in physical or spiritual distress through Jesus Christ. It takes an in-depth look at Bible teachings as well as modern day miraculous healings that have occurred through Jesus, and says, “By faith all things are possible.”

Michael’s writings describe the time Jesus Christ spent on earth healing the sick, and encourages readers that the power of healing does not reside in the amount of faith one has, but in the object of their faith- Jesus Christ.

The author describes his personal battle with health, and asks, “Are we simply to have blind faith? Faith in what or who?”

“Be Healed” aids readers in developing their faith, and supports belief in the claims of Jesus Christ. In the book, the Moral Law is discussed as evidence that God exists, and many other prophecies that indicate His presence.

While studying political science at the University of California- Los Angeles, Michael practiced hatha and mantra yoga, and believed God was an impersonal energy. Today, the author basks in the glory of a personal God, a “Supernatural Intelligence outside of space and time who cares for His creation.”

Summarizing his short book, Michael says: “If you face serious physical illness and your body is falling apart, you need to turn to the Source of Life and Healing. God can heal, heals daily, and may heal you this moment.”

Many comments of critics are found on the website for the publication. Reviewing the book, Dr. Steve Kumar said, “A very readable, cool and clear introduction on the most vital subject.”

Dr. Kumar co-founded and was formerly president of the New Zealand Evangelical Apologetics Society.

“In this fine piece of work, Sherif investigates the meaning and the reason for believing in the Christian faith,” Dr. Kumar wrote.
