Benghazi Bombshell by CNN: Report Claims CIA Looking to Cover-Up Info, Subjecting Operatives to Regular Polygraph Tests (VIDEO)

A CNN report has claimed a so-called "Benghazi bombshell" by seemingly alleging that the CIA is trying to silence its Benghazi operatives.

According to the special report, the United States spy agency has been subjecting its employees to abnormally frequent polygraph tests. It is claimed that the agency is conducting the tests to ensure that its operations in Libya are kept a secret.

Unnamed sources have allegedly reported to CNN that the tests have been taking place almost monthly, and the purpose of them is to reveal possible leaks to Congress or to the media.

According to CNN, there were up to 35 Americans at the United States' location in Benghazi when the Embassy was stormed and attacked in what has become an incident the White House and Obama administration has been unable to shake off.

CNN believes that 21 of the 35 Americans in Benghazi were working in a building known as "the annex" that is believed to be run by the CIA.

It is unknown why those Americans were there or what the CIA was doing at the location, but the latest "bombshell" claims have supposedly shown that the spy agency is going to great lengths so that whatever was happening there remains a secret.

A source has told CNN: "You have no idea the amount of pressure being brought to bear on anyone with knowledge of this operation."

The attacks on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi saw four Americans killed in what turned out to be a pre-planned and well-orchestrated attack. The attack killed the U.S. ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens, last September, and since that time there have been repeated claims that the White House had conducted a cover-up to what really went on and to limit criticism of the Obama administration's handling of the situation.

Just in May, government emails were revealed that showed that former CIA director, David Petraeus, had a much greater role than previously thought, in directing what information was being released to the public and how the White House shaped its talking points and announcements following the attack.

However, the White House and the CIA have repeatedly denied all accusations that any kind of cover-up occurred.
