Bethenny Frankel just released her new book "Skinnygirl Solutions" in which she imparts advice on divorce, parenting, and "simple ideas, extraordinary results."
The book, published last week, boasts insights on life, health, career, and even relationships- despite Frankel's divorce from Jason Hoppy this year.
"It's solutions to make women's everyday lives a little easier, a little more balanced," Frankel explained while on "Good Morning America" this week. "Just from… on a micro-level, when you walk into your bathroom cabinet and you look at that drawer with all the brushes and the nonsense, just how to organize that one moment of your life."
Among the tips found in "Skinnygirl Solutions" include maintaining a balanced diet and "don't let 'good enough' be good enough."
Although Frankel is outspoken about the emotional toll her divorce has taken, the former "Real Housewives of New York City" star has not let the legal proceedings slow her down.
The 42-year-old is busy promoting not only "Skinnygirl Solutions," but also her upcoming talk show "Bethenny" which premieres Sept. 9.
Meanwhile, Frankel and Hoppy were married almost three years when they announced their separation around the holidays last year. The ex-couple shares one toddler daughter, Bryn.
At the time of the split, Frankel said in her statement that it had been the "toughest year ever" for both herself and Hoppy.
"It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating," said Frankel at the time. "This was an extremely difficult decision as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family."
"We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority," she added. "This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us."
Despite having filed for a divorce over six months ago, the legal proceedings are not yet over, and the exes remain involved in an unpleasant custody battle over Bryn. Just two months ago, Frankel and Hoppy headed to court in an attempt to settle the custody of the two-year-old.
As a result, Frankel admitted that it has "been difficult to stay sane" while speaking to Life & Style recently.
Nonetheless, Frankel regards the three-year-old daughter she shares with Hoppy as the light at the end of the tunnel.
"For every rough thing there's a reason for it, and there's a reason you had those struggles," the 44-year-old said optimistically. "When you're going through a rough time, you have to say, 'I know I'm going through these hard things and even though it's difficult to see clearly, the light is coming at the end of it."
Her daughter Bryn, she added, is "unbelievable."
"She is the light of my life, and she gets me through this," the entrepreneur star added.
