Bethenny Frankel's Talk Show Canceled, 'I'm Thankful'

Bethenny Frankel's self-titled daytime talk show "Bethenny" was canceled after one season on Friday, according to the production company Telepictures.

The news arrives just days after Frankel taped the 100th episode of "Bethenny," but the former "Real Housewives of New York City" star is said to be taking the cancelation well.

"I had a blast doing this show with Telepictures," Frankel said in a statement, according to Us Weekly. "My entire staff worked so hard and made every day so much fun. I am thankful for the experience and for all of my fans who tuned in every day."

Furthermore, the Skinnygirl mogul is a "fighter" and will "continue to fight to grow" her empire, according to a source close to Frankel.

"The truth is, while she did love the show, it was hard for her to be edited every day in the daytime talk show world," the insider added, according to Us Weekly. "She is who she is, and she never wanted to have to edit herself, which she often had to do. So it is all for the best."

The 43-year-old mother of one will continue to manage her Skinnygirl company while raising her daughter, Bryn. However, Frankel remains embroiled in a legal battle with Bryn's father, Jason Hoppy, over custody. Frankel and Hoppy ended their two-year marriage in 2012, but the bitter custody battle rages on even today. As a result, Frankel admitted that it has "been difficult to stay sane" while speaking to Life & Style last year. Nonetheless, Frankel regards the four-year-old daughter she shares with Hoppy as the light at the end of the tunnel.

"For every rough thing there's a reason for it, and there's a reason you had those struggles," the entrepreneur said optimistically. "When you're going through a rough time, you have to say, 'I know I'm going through these hard things and even though it's difficult to see clearly, the light is coming at the end of it."

Her daughter Bryn, she added, is "unbelievable."

"She is the light of my life, and she gets me through this," said the television star.

And today, Frankel left hints for fans that there is something going on in her love life. On Valentine's Day Friday, Frankel posted a photo to Twitter of her special outfit for the holiday.

"My lips are sealed, but here's a peek at my #ValentinesDay dress," she wrote in the caption to the photo featuring a red a cream dress embellished with red lips.
