Beyonce and Jay Z to Divorce in 2014? Separation Announcement Rumors Surface

Beyonce and Jay Z will reportedly announce their separation after their current tour ends, insiders claim.

The hip-hop power couple have been subject to ongoing divorce rumors since Jay's infamous elevator incident in May and while sources close to the couple initially denied claims of marital woes, rumors are stating that a separation announcement is imminent, even though the couple themselves haven't alluded to any troubles.

Beyonce, 32, and Jay, 44, are currently touring the nation as part of their "On The Run" tour and while they appear to have great chemistry on stage, tabloid rumors claim that behind closed doors their marriage is over.

"They are trying to figure out a way to split without divorcing ... This is a huge concert tour and they've already gotten most of the money from the promoters up front," a source told the New York Post's Page Six.

"There are no rings, if you haven't noticed," the alleged insider added.

In addition, to Jay's elevator assault incident, affair rumors have been swirling. During a recent show Beyonce made a lyrical change to her song "Resentment," which only made the speculation stronger.

"Been ridin' with you for 12 years. Why did I deserve to be treated this way by you?" Beyonce sang.

Fans were quick to point out that the singer changed the lyrics from the original "six years" to 12 years in a bid to personalize the song, while critics claim that Beyonce simply wanted to spice up the show.

Beyonce married the hip-hop mogul in a private ceremony in 2008 and while they have been married for six years, they have been involved for a total of 12 years. In 2012, the couple welcomed the birth of their first child Blue Ivy.
