Beyonce Rumors: Singer's Weight Loss a Result of Hard Work and Dedication

Just four months after giving birth to her twins, Beyonce is back in shape, and sources claim that it is a result of her hard work and dedication.

While Beyonce is considered to be one of the shapeliest in Hollywood, she, too, was not spared from gaining the unwanted pounds and inches when she got pregnant with her and husband Jay-Z's twins. However, just four months after giving birth to Rumi and Sir Carter, the "Formation" singer has proven that weight loss can happen fast even without going under the knife.

Beyonce's reclaiming of her shapely figure has been validated through her recent Instagram a series of photos showing that she is back in shape, indeed. In one of her posts, the "Run the World" singer is seen flaunting her signature curves in a skin-tight white sweater with a ruched sheer black pencil skirt while another photo shows her wearing a white, cropped off-shoulder top and a pair of high-waist black flared trousers that highlight her flat stomach.

While some suspected that Beyonce's rapid weight loss was a result of the medical procedure, a source close to to the singer has revealed that it is not the case as, reportedly, it was her hard work and dedication that did the trick. According to the incognito source, the singer adheres to almost completely vegan meals and is very cautious of what she eats.

Apart from watching what she eats, it has also been revealed that Beyonce also exercises regularly as, after all, dieting alone is not enough for one to get rid of the unwanted bulges. Hence, since getting the clearance from her doctor on her C-section, the singer has reportedly engaged in SoulCycle exercise program several times a week.

However, because of her hectic schedule, it is said that Beyonce cannot fully commit to her SoulCyle classes. Hence, she hired a personal trainer to guide and assist her in her cardio, intervals, and weights training at home.
