Beyonce Knowles has reportedly canceled her concert in Belgium due to dehydration and exhaustion, reports claim.
The Grammy award-winning singer, 31, is currently in the midst of the European leg of her Mrs. Carter world tour, but she is believed to have fallen ill. She was scheduled to perform at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp on Tuesday but doctors reportedly advised her to rest.
Beyonce is scheduled to perform at the same arena on Wednesday, but "is awaiting word from her doctors before making a decision," her publicist wrote in an email to the Associated Press. She is set to perform a total of 65 shows in the space of five months as part of her tour.
News of the concert cancellation immediately fueled reports of a pregnancy, but her publicist is yet to confirm or deny the rumors.
The New York Post's Page Six claimed Monday that "multiple sources" within the music industry confirmed she and her husband Jay-Z, 43, are expecting their second child.
Various photographs of Beyonce have surfaced in recent weeks and they appear to show the singer with a slight baby bump. It is unclear whether the photos are doctored or legitimate.
"I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being a big sister," Beyonce recently told "Good Morning America" co-host Amy Robach about having another baby. "At some point, when it's supposed to happen."
In January of 2012, Beyonce gave birth to her first child, Blue Ivy, and in February she opened up about motherhood in an interview with Vogue magazine.
"She's my road dog. She's my homey, my best friend. I feel like I have something that has grounded me so much more. Family has always been important. I've always had my mother and my father and my husband. But it's just ... Life is so much more than ... It's not defined by any of this," Beyonce told Vogue.
