Marissa Pessolano went the nostalgic route and named the baby Destiny after Destiny's Child, a singing group Rowland and Beyonce cofounded.

Regardless of the name of the child, Rowland said the new addition would be loved.

“I’m so happy for my sister and her husband. They’re so happy in this moment right now, as they should be. They’ve made a little bundle of love. I’m so excited for them," said Rowland in an interview with US Weekly.

"I think her dad [Jay-Z] is gonna give her everything anyways, all I can give her is love," Rowland added.

Rowland revealed the baby's sex when asked if Jay and Beyonce are going to be good parents.

“I think she’ll be very well behaved. Her parents will make sure of that," Rowland said.

The celebrity couple usually keeps everything concealed taking years to admit to even having a relationship.

Various media outlets have reported Beyonce going shopping for pink shoes and other clothing articles that fueled Rowland's claims of the baby being a girl despite no official confirmation from the parents.

The baby, due in February, will have plenty of space to play as Jay-Z and Beyonce are renovating their New York City home with a 2,200 square foot nursery.

It is the couple's first child.
