'Big Brother' 16 Spoilers: 2 Big Players Up for Eviction After Power of Veto Changes the Game

Things got turned upside-down last night on "Big Brother," as the Power of Veto competition left one person in complete power and the house at his mercy. Two contestants will vie to stay in the competition, but only one will be successful. Read on for all the latest information.

Earlier this week, Nicole and Derrick were crowned Heads of Household and had to put up four people for eviction. Nicole chose to put up Amber and Donny, while Derrick chose to nominate Caleb and Jocasta. The plan was to backdoor Devin, who rubbed the entire house the wrong way during his reign as Head of Household.

Right after the Battle of the Block, in which Caleb threw the competition to ensure that Amber would be safe and Derrick remain Head of Household, Jocasta got violently ill. As it turned out, she was suffering from severe heat exhaustion and dehydration. The houseguests all took turns taking care of their friend, hoping that she would be able to compete in the Power of Veto competition and remove herself from the block.

Meanwhile, Cody spoke with Derrick, and the two agreed that if Caleb did not win Power of Veto and pull himself off the block, he would go up against Devin. As Cody pointed out, it could be their "only chance" to get Caleb out of the house. Devin would still be a target after this week and could still be sent home at any time, but they may only have one opportunity to get a fierce competitor out of the house.

Jocasta was unable to play in the Power of Veto competition, leaving her devastated. Caleb, Derrick, Christine, Devin, and Donny all took part. Everyone immediately tried to get Devin out but only succeeded in eliminating themselves. Finally, though, Donny was the one to get Devin out of the competition, and he won the Power of Veto, which he used to save Jocasta.

Derrick then nominated Devin as her replacement, leaving Caleb on the block. Now the two biggest competitors will have to "compete" for their housemates' votes in order to remain in the house. Who will succeed? It all depends on who is willing to make a big move.

"Big Brother" airs Thursday, Sunday, and Wednesday nights on CBS.
