BlackBerry Motion News: On the Latest Smartphone That Has A 4000mAh Battery

Blackberry has released another flagship, which is meant to contend with others of the same caliber. The BlackBerry Motion features some of the attention-grabbing specs, such as the 4,000mAh battery.

TCL has officially unveiled their latest handset offering at the GITEX Technology event in Dubai, UAE which started this week.

CNBC reports that the launch of the BlackBerry Motion was directed at the Middle East market. The tech giant's latest flagship will be released through the Chinese firm, TCL Communications. Perhaps one of the most notable changes in the BlackBerry Motion is the fact that they have decided not to include a physical keyboard. This time, the flagship offers a touchscreen keyboard, which fans considered to be a progressive movement as the company has been known to be stubborn in that aspect of their smartphones.

According to an early review by Tech Radar, the BlackBerry Motion was made for users who trust the brand in terms of security and reliability. The large battery capacity is an advantage for those looking for a smartphone that can easily last a full day and then some. However, compared to the latest releases of Apple and Samsung, the BlackBerry Motion may not be attention-grabbing when it comes to aesthetics. Furthermore, it is not powered by the latest Snapdragon chipset, and it has not been upgraded to Android O.

The BlackBerry Motion is scheduled to be launched by the end of October for a price tag of an estimated $460. There is no official word on whether or not it will be available outside of Middle Eastern countries.
