Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Baby News: Baby Girl Arrives Early
Actress Blake Lively has reportedly given birth to her first child with actor and husband Ryan Reynolds, according to reports.
The 27-year-old California native delivered her first child over the holidays, just before the year 2014 departed, near their home in Bedford, N.Y, the New York Post's Page Six reported. The baby arrived earlier than the expected date, but insiders said that both the mother and child are "healthy and doing well."
The baby's sex and name weren't revealed immediately, but new developments indicate that it's a girl and her name is Violet.

DailyMail U.K. said on Tuesday that a woman who claims to work at Westchester Medical Center went on to her social media to announce the details.
"Congrats @blakelively #blakelively glad to have you and baby girl violet in our care," her Twitter post reads (via DailyMail).
In October, the "Savages" star told the Us Weekly magazine that the pregnancy was a "dream come true" for her.
"It's something that I've always wanted ever since I was a little girl … I knew I wanted to have a lot of kids because I had come from a big family so it was always important to me. So it's just the excitement of that finally being here," she said.
